|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, and friendly — I can honestly say this is the best place I've lived in the Houston area. Both residents and staff are friendly, respectful, and so clean Never an issue with loud music in the middle of night, there's always parking, and the dog owners are so friendly and actually clean up after their dogs. The only thing weird is that you have to pay for them to add a light and ceiling fan in the living room which I've never heard of in this Texas heat. I also wish there were more socials at the beer garden... but hopefully Covid will calm down soon. Overall those are small things and nothing to sweat about.

The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, maintenance repairs are done in a timely manner, and complex feels safe. There is an abundant of amenities and they are above standard for an apartment.
A few issues that I do have with the apartment are minor but should be mentioned. I speak just for myself in this matter, but we are disappointed with the inside of the apartment. We live in the largest 1 bedroom floor plan and space is still an issue. The cabinets in our kitchen are tiny, our plates have to be turned sideways to get in and out. We dont have a lot of belongings but still found ourselves renting a garage for the extra storage. Its nothing that the staff can do at this point, its just I would mention to someone looking to live here and suggest the really think about how much space they will need.
The other issue that we have, and again there isnt much the staff can do at this point, but its something to mention. The noise.... the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything single little thing. I shouldn't be able to hear my neighbor sneeze, jokingly say bless you and then hear them say thank you back true story .You can every step that the person above you makes and its very frustrating. For everything else at this complex to be high quality, I am very disappointed with the wall insulation, there is nothing to suppress any outside noise.
Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend. The issues we have are not something to keep completely away from. There are things have to been willing to deal with when living in an apartment. The Vic is overall a great place to live and we are happy being here.
